Lithium batteries can currently operate on 12V and 20V platforms. Can customized 16.8V and 40V machines for customers.

All machines provide 1-year after-sales guarantee .We support the allocation of the easily damaged components for each batch of order if there has local repair center in client’s area(specific quantity according to the order ratio).If there is no repair center, we can also prepare a complete set of pump bodies for clients(specific quantity according to the order ratio).

We have a comprehensive incoming material inspection process, all the incoming materials of pump bodies will be random inspected before assembly , which will meet the requirements on the craftsmanship card.After assembling the pump bodies, a durability test of the pump body will be arranged separately(3-5min).After they passed the test, they will be return back to the production line for overall assembly .After the overall machine assembly finished, we will test the pressure,flow rate and watt for the entire machine again to ensure all the parameters are in a standard range before leaving the factory.Finally the entire machine will be wiped to check the surface defect and scratches,then labeled machines and put in bags waiting to packing.

We produce all the pump bodies and entire machine accessories ourselves.We have 35 injection molding machines, 10 core machines, 20 CNC machining centers,2 blow molding machines, 6 accessory production lines, 2AC cleaning machine production lines, 2DC cleaning machine production lines ,and 1 pump body production line.We have a dedicated in house R&D engineering department that can customize products and provide after-sales service quickly for clients.We have rich OEM experience and provide OEM service for many supermarkets,factories and foreign trade companies.
